Partnering with the NY Chief Operating Officer and the Education First Zurich headquarters planning team, our firm designed the new EF administration offices, adaptive reuse of student lounge areas, and historic restoration of the main antechamber in the circa 1907 historic landmark Butler Memorial Chapel building on the 25-acre former Marymount College campus overlooking the Hudson River.

The new facilities are located within a portion of the building that had been altered by a previous owner where historic details were replaced by utilitarian construction. Original features along the peripheral walls were refurbished and celebrated as part of the new modern office development.
