Owners of the historical nineteenth century Odd Fellows Hall building located in the historic district of the Village of East Hampton, New York needed to undertake extensive remediation of deteriorated conditions, including restoration of exterior finishes & historic architectural features, refurbishment of existing fenestration, and preservation of the landmark's historical character, while providing improved energy efficiency, new mechanical systems, and comprehensive maintenance improvements.

Appropriate aesthetic and preservation treatments to the Shingle Style building's exterior are based on archival records of the history and original design of the property, and samples taken from the site.
